Modular Container House And Prefabricated House
What is the difference between a modular building and a prefabricated building?
Modular and prefabricated buildings are sometimes different, sometimes different. All modular buildings are prefabricated buildings, but not all prefabricated buildings are modular buildings. This means that both go through the prefab construction process, but may differ in one key area.
Both are made of modules, but only one is made of panels or smaller prefabricated parts
The main difference between the two is that the prefabricated components of prefabricated buildings are sometimes constructed as smaller parts than full volume modules. Some prefab construction companies may build wall panels separately from the building.
In contrast, modular buildings are almost always constructed as large modules and assembled in a Lego-like manner.
Building types with prefabricated and modular structures
Modular and prefab structures are used in almost endless types of buildings. Modular units are particularly superior to prefabricated buildings assembled from panels for use in temporary and portable buildings, such as portable classrooms in offices and schools. This is related to their assembly into a steel frame car body that is easy to move.
The areas of application are numerous:
1.High-quality office solutions
2.Lounges and mess rooms for employees
3.Accommodation on construction sites
4.Construction offices and site facilities
5.Complete nurseries and schools
6.And much more
